About our company
We are a leading Czech provider of integated ICT communications solutions and services. Our flagship product is our own telephone center using all the advantages of IP telephony (VoIP) and unified communications.
We’re the only company in the CR to offer clients truly integrated communications technologies – not just central communications systems, but also end solutions and fixed and mobile converged data, voice and Internet services.
We augment our solutions with services of system integration and SLA availability policies while emphasizing security and reliability. Our customer focus is mainly on medium-sized companies and entities from the ranks of public administration and municipal authorities.

Authorization
We fulfill all lawful requirements for doing business in the electronic communications field pursuant to Czech law. As of August 8, 2005, we are a registered company in the area of electronic communications pursuant to Act no. 127/2005 on Electronic Communications at the Czech Telecommunications Office, under registration no. 196.
As of November 28, 2003, we are also a registered administrator of personal data in the wording of Act no. 101/2000 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data, registered at the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague (ÚOOÚ) under registration no. 21070.
Memberships
Since 1998, we have been a member of RIPE NCC (NETWORK COORDINATION CENTRE) – the administrator and coordinator of the area of Internet address registration. It has over 5,000 members in more than 70 countries.
Since April 1, 1999 we’ve also been a member of the association NIX.CZ, z.s.p.o (www.nix.cz) – operator of the neutral Internet exchange NIX.CZ in the CR.
We’ve also been a member since October 1, 2003 of the association NIC.CZ, z.s.p.o. (www.nic.cz) – the highest administrator of Czech national domains .CZ and .0.2.4.e164arpa (for the ENUM system). IPEX is a member of the chamber of registrars.
17. 9. In 2008, we founded Asociace operátorů digitální telefonie, z.s.p.o. [the Association of Operators of Digital Telephony] (www.aodt.cz) – promoting and supporting development of Internet telephony in the CR. Today we are one of its members.
Since September 8, 2008, we’ve been a user of the nationwide reference database for number portability operated by the company CNPAC s.r.o. (www.cnpac.net.).
Partnerships
As of April 1, 2008, we are a Silver-level certified partner of the leading producer of equipment for IP voice and video products – Grandstream (www.grandstream.com).
